Seven Oaks is a CDD community in Wesley Chapel, Florida, United States.
Seven Oaks is led by two boards that operate the community and regulate the homes and people inside it. The first board is the Home Owners Association, known as Seven Oaks Property Owners Association or SOPOA for short. The other governing body is the Seven Oaks Community Development District (CDD) Board of Supervisors. The CDD board is actually a special purpose tax district that encompasses the community and surrounding wetlands and forestry.
